SCOPAY is used to pay for school dinners (must be paid in advance), school trips, music tuition and leavers hoodies. As part of our response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are now a cashless office. This helps us to avoid the unnecessary movement of staff and children around the school delivering envelopes and reduces the touch points for our administration team. It also has the added benefit of making school administration much more streamlined. We are more than happy to support and guide parents who are new to using SCOPAY. Please feel welcome to call the school office during term time if you need help setting up or making a payment. The SCOPAY system is easy to use. You can access SCOPAY online from your webbrowser:
https://www.scopay.com/login.html Some parents have found that the initial set up is easier to complete on a desktop or laptop, but once set up the SCOPAY app works really well for them. The SCOPAY app is available to download on Android and iOS operating systems. How to set up useful reminders when using the SCO Pay. We understand it could be useful to received reminders when your online payment account is running low. If you would like to set up reminders please use the following steps

Log in to your online payment account as usual

In the options bar towards the top of the screen, select ‘Alerts’

Then click on the option: ‘Click here to configure the alerts you receive’. Here you will see a variety of alert options you can set up.

For Account Balances, you can then select the amount at which you wish for an alert to be sent to you. For example, ‘Send alerts when balance is below £10.00’. You then select the ‘Receive Alerts’ and ‘Email’ boxes to set up the alert.

Then click the ‘Update’ button at the bottom of the page

You will now receive an email alert when your account drops below the selected amount
