After school clubs organised by the school for the Spring Term will resume on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 and can now be booked online and are payable in advance.   

After school clubs and wrap around care run by ActiveMe360 need to be booked via their website.  

You will see any after school club run by the school on your SCOPay account by Friday 4th April.  This also means that your child has been allocated a space.  You will only be contacted if the club is full or if the club is no longer offered due to low numbers.  

Where there are limits to numbers, we will take bookings on a first-come-first-served basis and we will operate a waiting list.  Should this club be run at another time in the year, children who missed out will be offered places first.  Where there is spare capacity within a club, we may open it up to other year groups.

Where a teacher is away or on a course, we will do everything we can to run the club with another teacher.  Where a club is cancelled by us, the amount for this session can be either refunded at the school office or held as a credit on your child's SCOPay dinner account.  

If your child is in receipt of free school meals, one club that is run by the school will be available free of charge. 

Please collect your child promptly when the club / wrap-around care finishes.  We accept that on occasion you may run into difficulties. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity.  If for any reason, your chld is not collected on time (at 4.30pm) after one of the Junior School after-school clubs, a member of staff will endeavour to make contact with you.  A member of staff will wait with your child in the reception area until 4.45pm.  If your child has not been collected after this time, the same member of staff will accompany your child over to Oakley Infant School where they will join the ActiveMe360 after-school club which runs until 6.00pm.  If your child is taken to the ActiveMe360 club, this will incur a charge. 

Although we don’t anticipate any difficulties, we do reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate, unsafe or unacceptable. We want everyone to enjoy their club experience.
