Year 3 - Butser Farm

Year 3 visited Butser Ancient Farm as part of their history work on the Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age. The children got to experience what life would have been like during these time periods by handling artefacts, looking in prehistoric houses and making their own jewellery to take home. They became archaeologists and looked for evidence of the past. They even got to eat their lunch in an Iron Age roundhouse!
